Myatt and Bates did an excellent job for me during my shopping and bid collection process. They responded to my requests in a timely manner and welcomed the opportunity to make a competitive bid. M&B took careful measurements of my home and made notes regarding window sizes and types of windows and other items related to my house and the requirements for a new HVAC system. M&B used computer technology to design my new HVAC system. I was especially impressed by the up front design work and technical specifications.

M&B's installation crews worked in a well organized and efficient manner. They came to the job well prepared and performed all tasks within the estimated time. My job was extensive and involved the complete tear out of the old system followed by installation of the new system and all duct work. M&B installation personnel did a good job of managing and minimizing the impact on my house. The outside worksite was well managed, neat, and organized. The clean up after the work was as good as promised by M&anp;B at the begining of the job.

M&B's corporate vehicles were all clearly identified. M&B's employees were properly attired and easy to recognize as M&B employees. All M&B employees arrived in corporate vehicles. The project was well supervised.

M&B completed the necessary paperwork for manufacturers' rebates, warranty, and all other related paperwork. M&anp;B did a good job of working with the county building inspector and the job passed without exception on the first inspection.

I recommend Myatt and Bates Heating and Air based on my recent experience.

Thanks for the quick turn around and installation. Hopefully it stays warm and we don't have to use it! It looks like they did a good job cleaning up afterwards and making sure that no dirt was brought in moving the unit upstairs.

'Diamond' service On May 9, my heating and air unit was not working properly so I called Myatt & Bates Heating and Air to have a technician come and check it.  He arrived within an hour and found that it needed a new part. He ordered the part for overnight delivery and said he would be back first thing in the morning to install it. He arrived as he said, but he had received the wrong part. He offered to get a window unit and install it so we would be comfortable until the correct part arrived the following week. I explained that I needed to be somewhere else, so I asked him to let himself in while I was out and install the window unit as we discussed. When he arrived to put the window unit in, he moved a recliner out of the way and found my diamond ring I had lost more than a year before. He called my husband with the good news. I found the ring on top of a note apologizing for the inconvenience. My thanks for his great work ethic and honesty, and to Myatt & Bates Heating and Air for sending this "diamond" my way.

Well Kenny, I am not sure the units are working properly!  The house is nice and comfortable, but I can't catch the unit running!  HA!   Mr. Bates, we are extremely happy with the XP-17 and CBX32MV units.  We are amazed at how quiet both the inside and outside units are!  Our previous a competitor's brand units were so loud we had to turn up the TV when they came on.  Your units are just the opposite, and we have to go to a vent to see if they are running as we can't even hear them.  We also can't hear the outside unit start up!  You and your installers made this a great professional experience, thanks!
